It is a retained executive search firm that partners with founders, investors and senior executives to build leadership teams in fintech. Unlike traditional search firms, Intersection targets the fintech industry as a whole rather than solely focused on recruiting for specific functions. In addition, Intersection GP is broadening its reach through its own investment arm that invests in the companies that recruited their candidates in fintech and crypto.
