LucidLink is a distributed file system that allows creative and technical teams to collaborate on large files in real time—without downloads or sync delays. Designed for the cloud-first era, LucidLink streams data directly from cloud storage so that remote teams can work together as if everything were local. In the early stages of growth, the LucidLink team approached Wunderdogs to create a global brand that could signal technical credibility while making the product feel intuitive to a creative audience far beyond IT departments.

HEAD IN THE CLOUD, DATA ON THE GROUND

Our brand concept captured the dual nature of LucidLink’s value: visionary in its architecture, practical in its use. “Head in the cloud, data on the ground” became a guiding idea - emphasizing that while collaboration happens in the cloud, the users are grounded, creative professionals around the world who just need things to work. This shaped every aspect of the brand and pitch deck design: a strong but flexible logo, a vibrant identity system, and a confident visual language that combined simplicity with technical rigor.

VISUAL IDENTITY SYSTEM

The visual identity we created is anchored in LucidLink’s core product promise of seamless, cloud-based collaboration. The logo, composed of three intersecting circles based on the golden ratio, reflects connection, continuous movement, and creative synergy. Paired with clean, modern typography and a neutral-but-bold color palette, the system is designed to be adaptable across a wide range of applications, from product UI to investor decks to global marketing campaigns.

LASTING IMPACT

What began as a brand built for early traction has proven its long-term value. Today, LucidLink’s identity remains unchanged and continues to serve as the foundation for a rapidly growing business. We’re proud to have supported the team at seed stage in 2017 (they were our first client!), and thrilled to see them recently close a $75M Series C round with a thriving brand that still reflects the clarity, ambition, and originality we set out to build.
