Initial engagement
Voxco initially approached Wunderdogs for web support, focusing on SEO revisions and incremental digital platform updates. However, what began as tactical website maintenance quickly revealed deeper strategic opportunities. The team recognized that to maintain relevance in an increasingly competitive market, they needed to elevate their core attributes while demonstrating agility and innovation focus, setting the stage for a comprehensive transformation.
Key challenges we addressed
Technical infrastructure crisis: Voxco’s website - built on Elementor WordPress with over 2,200 pages - had become a liability. It was slow, hard to manage, and vulnerable to system updates. The bloated content architecture also created major SEO issues, undermining their visibility.
Brand positioning gap: After nearly 50 years supporting researchers, Voxco’s brand no longer reflected its role as a tech-forward partner offering both advanced solutions and personal service. With new CEO and CMO leadership, the moment was right for reinvention.
Need for market differentiation: In a saturated research tech space, Voxco needed to clarify what set them apart: a legacy of trust, a commitment to innovation, and a deep understanding that great research tools must serve real human needs.

Human-centered tech brand: Inspired by the fold in Voxco’s logo, we introduced the concept of "reveal"—a nod to uncovering insights. This idea bridged their tech-driven strengths with a people-first narrative, reflecting the real value of research: human understanding.
Organizational Transformation
What began as routine website maintenance evolved into a full-scale, four-month brand and digital overhaul, delivered under a tight timeline. The project repositioned Voxco for its next stage of growth, honoring its 47-year legacy while signaling a clear focus on innovation. The new brand and platform reflect their identity as technology collaborators committed to advancing human-centered research.
We continue to support Voxco as an extension of their team, reporting to CMO Jennifer Zember, with ongoing content strategy and optimization across key pages and blogs, SEO strategy and implementation, and regular updates to meta titles, descriptions, and on-page keywords.
